MC MAGIC with Special Guest LIL ROB – Austin

Marcus Cardenas, better known by his stage name MC Magic, is a Hispanic rapper, songwriter and record producer, known for rapping and singing, both in English and Spanish. MC Magic was born Marco Cardenas in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. At the age of five, his family immigrated to the United States and Cardenas grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. At the age of thirteen, his friend Rob taught him to play the drum machine and Cardenas began working as a Dj. He graduated from Agua Fria High School in 1985.

Roberto L. Flores (born September 21, 1975), best known by his stage name Lil Rob, is a Mexican-American rapper, producer, and actor. Flores was born in San Diego, and raised in La Colonia de Eden Gardens, a Mexican-founded neighborhood in Solana Beach, California. In the early 1990s, he began performing under the name Lil Rob & the Brown Crowd, and recorded a single titled "Oh, What a Night in the 619". Though it did not chart, it was later featured on his 1997 debut album Crazy Life, with the title shortened to "Oh, What a Night". In 1994, his chin was shattered when he was shot in the jaw and in the eye later.
